AGAC Advisory was founded by technology delivery leaders Akhil Gupta and Adhunika Chunduru with a shared purpose: to help organisations navigate complex transformation with clarity, discipline and confidence.

Akhil Gupta

A senior technology and transformation leader with more than 13 years of experience delivering complex initiatives across ERP, finance and treasury systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, SaaS platforms and enterprise integration.

Akhil holds an MBA from Macquarie Business School, is PMP-certified and a Certified ScrumMaster. He brings a governance-led approach to aligning strategy, stakeholders and execution while maintaining clear ownership of delivery outcomes.

Adhunika Chunduru

A senior project delivery and business analysis leader with more than 13 years of experience spanning technology programs, business partnering, process improvement and enterprise change.

Adhunika holds an MBA from Macquarie Business School and has worked across supply chain, logistics, government-sponsored programs and complex operating environments, translating business needs into clear requirements, practical roadmaps and stakeholder-aligned solutions.
